Winter coats are indispensable at this time of year, but they can be costly for young families to replace them year on year. To help disadvantaged families prepare children for the colder months, Year 11 and 12 students have initiated a Winter Coat Drive with local charity Big Group Hug to collect and donate children's coats.

Donations bins have been placed across the School for new and second hand children's coats and jackets that are clean and in good condition, and which are in boys and girls sizes from 00 to 16. 

All donations will go to Big Group Hug Charity who collect and distribute new and pre-loved goods to disadvantaged families in need. 

The Winter Coat Drive is being held from Tuesday 25 May to Thursday 24 June.
